Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date on which a third party, other than the carrier designated by you, takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement.

We will refund the amount within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and this refund will not incur any costs.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The products were purchased within the last 30 days.

The products are in their original packaging.

The following products are non-returnable:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, for example, those that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiration date.

Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have depreciated after delivery.

Products that, by their nature, are inseparable from any other item after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, the return of any product that does not meet the above return conditions.

Return of goods

You bear the costs and risks associated with returning the goods. You must send them to the address that will be indicated in the e-mail that will be sent to your mailbox in response to the request.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during return. Therefore, we recommend insured and tracked delivery. We cannot refund funds without actual receipt of the goods or confirmation of receipt of the return.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift recipient received the order later, we'll refund the amount of your refund.
